Perfect Web Technologies

About Us
Perfect Web Technologies manages a portfolio of patents and pending patents and plans to utilize these core technologies to build a dominant e-mail management and marketing company through enforcement and acquisitions.

Founded in 1997, Perfect Web manages a portfolio of six patents. Two patents have been issued and the other four are in various stages of issue with the USPTO. The first patent to issue, US Patent No. 6,631,400, “Method for Managing Bulk E-Mail Distribution” (Mail Wiz®) was issued on October 7, 2003. On August 3, 2004, the second patent, US patent No. 6,771,291, “Method for Developing Electronic Documents Employing Multiple Display Regions” (Sticky Pad®) was issued.

Initially Perfect Web is concentrating on enforcing its 6,631,400 patent and making an acquisition and creating strategic relationships in the OPT-IN e-mail marketing industry. Perfect Web plans to follow the same strategy of enforcement and M&A for each patent in the portfolio.

Perfect Web believes that by combing the 6,631,400 patent with a proven OPT-IN e-mail marketing company will create a competitive advantage in the OPT-IN e-mail marketing industry. Spending on OPT-IN e-mail marketing has grown to over $7 billion in 2005 and Perfect Web desires to use its competitive advantage to gain a percentage of this spending.

Perfect Web looks to generate sales through patent enforcement that includes licensing, in-house e-mail management and marketing, financial content distribution, as an ASP that offers marketers the ability to purchase e-mail lists, schedule and send e-mails and then track results, online, in real-time and partnerships in the OPT-IN industry.
